In the morning of November 13, Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended the APEC CEO Summit 2010 hosted by the Nippon Keidanren (Japan Business Federation) and delivered an address, prior to attending the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting held in Yokohama.
